The past few days have been crazy, but I managed to finish my coda thing to 5.22.  Dean and Cas get their happy ending ;o)

Okay, I rewatched the finale, and I think I'm finally good to talk about it.

From what I've heard, Swan Song has not been a favorite.  I.. I liked it.  Yes, my initial reaction was sorrow, shock, pissed-off, and pleased.  Really weird combination.  But... it worked for me.

( Quick observation of the metallic persuasion, and getting thoughts of a certain person out of the way... )

I finished the Supernatural Season 5 Rewatch tonight. Yes, it did only take me two days, and I'm sticking to the excuse that that's what the first few days of summer vaca are made for (Supernaturalling it up, obvs ;o)

So, general thoughts about Season 5: It's awesome.  I really like it. A lot.  I think the last few episodes (5.17 onwards) move a bit ( Read more... )

I said I was going to do it, so I've started my Season Five Rewatch :oD  My mom actually wanted to see the season again, as well, and since she had the day off today we've been watching it on and off all day.  The beginning of season 5 is so freakin' good.  There are some epic scenes in there, and all of the opening episodes are eps I wouldn't mind ( Read more... )

I'm just gonna say it right off the bat.... I loved this episode.

I think it had great action, and fabulous characters, and lots of snippets of information that deepened story and/or characters or events.  I loved it.
